How do I book?

The easiest way to contact us is on our facebook or instagram pages or via email hello@dreamylittleevents.co.uk. To secure your date we usually require a booking/ security deposit of £50.

Can the Teepee Tents be used outside?

Unfortunately the teepee tents are not waterproof and can only be used indoors. Our Bell Tents and Dome are waterproof and can be used outside.

 

What areas do you cover?

We cover an area of 10 miles from SN3. We may travel further but there could be a fee.

How much space is required?

Each tent requires a space of 80cm Wide x 160cm Length. Our Besties Tent (sleeps 2) requires 150cm Wide x 160cm Length.

Our Bell tents require 5m x 5m of grassed area for our 3m Bell Tent and 6m x 6m for our 4m tent. We cannot pitch onto artificial grass.

Our dome needs 4m x 4m space, and can be set up on most surfaces including artificial grass.

What happens if any of the equipment is damaged?

Your booking/security deposit of £50 is to be paid in full upon booking. The security deposit will be refunded once the equipment has been collected undamaged and fully tested. Full costs for the replacement of any damaged items supplied or breakages will be charged.

What are your payment terms?

We take a booking/security deposit of £50 to secure your booking and hold against damaged items. Payment in full for the party is required 14 days before the party date.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance. Please ask if you require a copy of our certificate.
